Transcript Information or Diploma Replacement

INFORMATION TO OBTAIN TRANSCRIPTS or REPLACEMENT DIPLOMA:

Current Students: 
  • If you need a print out of your transcript for clubs, CSF or review, there is no fee.
  • Official Transcripts: Go to the Student Store and give them $1.00 saying you need transcripts. They will give you a receipt to take to the Records Office and there you will receive (7) official, sealed transcripts.
Post High School Aged (Graduated or Not)
  • Transcripts: $3.00
  • Replacement Diploma: $10.00 (includes a set of transcripts)      

****We accept CASH, MONEY ORDERS AND DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS

THREE WAYS TO OBTAIN:
  1. You can come directly to the Records Office, M-F, 7:30am-3:15pm.
  2.  You can do it through the U.S. mail with a letter and MONEY ORDER or CASH only.
    1.  You can do it online. Online customers pay the fee via this website, https://ychs.myschoolcentral.com. Once you pay the fee, email vkeo@ycusd.org to order the transcripts or diploma.
Whether you do this online or by U.S. mail, the following information must be included in the request:
  • Receipt number or attached copy (for online customer only)
  • Name while attending high school
  • Grad Year (or year in which you would have graduated)
  • Birth date
  • Name of person, school etc., and address where to mail documents, OR inform me that you or someone is coming in to pick them up.
