Requirements to participate in Honker Sports

Requirements to participate in Honker Sports

1.  Online Athletic Clearance must be completed and uploaded on your online athletic clearance account.  This includes the following forms with all information and signatures filled in:
-Pre-participation history
-Sports physical exam
2.  All athletes must have a 2.0 GPA or higher with no more than one “F”
3.  If you went to another HIGH school you will need to come in to see the Athletic Director and fill out more paperwork which you will be given in the meeting
4.  All debts cleared (school and athletic):  student-athletes will not be cleared to participate until all debts are cleared
5.  Attendance will be an ongoing participation requirement. UNEXCUSED absences will result in one contest sit out
All required athletic forms must be UPLOADED on your online athletic clearance account. If you have any questions, please contact Mary Anderson at manderson@ycusd.org
