* All athletes must complete the NEW Online Athletic Clearing process FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR. Athletes must also complete the required athletic packet and sports physical. ALL FORMS MUST BE UPLOADED ON YOUR ONLINE ATHLETIC CLEARANCE ACCOUNT prior to beginning a sport. The athletic clearance website link is above as well as the required athletic forms.
